As Institutional Sales Incharge for Andhra Pradesh, the responsibilities include,
· Sales (Institutional) targets achievement of Andhra Pradesh leading a team of 4 members.
· Promoting the product to various institutional customers in captive segment.
· Improving the sales through Architects, Structural Consultants, Small to Large Scale builders etc., and coordinating for improving the export sale.
· Coordinating with various government and non-government organizations and Tendering for the government orders.
· Coordinating with various stakeholders of the business for better understanding of the pricing and other activities of the competitors.
· Monitoring the performance of the team and various channel partners in improving the sales.
· Scheduling the daily dispatches
· Tracking &monitoring the outstanding
· Improving the sales through Architects, Structural Consultants, Small to Large Scale builders etc., and coordinating for improving the export sale.
· Appointing dealers in the territory.
· Coordinating with various stakeholders of the business for better understanding of the pricing and other activities of the competitors.
· Scheduling the daily dispatches
