Responsible for marketing and sales of solar energy system, A Solar System Tele-Calling Sales Executive is responsible for selling solar energy systems over the phone to potential customers. This individual will play a critical role in promoting the company's products and services, building customer relationships, and closing sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cold-calling potential customers to introduce the company's solar energy systems and services.
Qualifying leads and gathering information to determine the customer's needs and budget.
Building rapport and establishing trust with potential customers.
Presenting the benefits and features of the company's solar energy systems and services.
Answering customer questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
Closing sales and meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the company's CRM.
Updating knowledge of industry trends and new products to effectively sell the company's solar energy systems and services.
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
A diploma/degree or equivalent is typically required, although in a related field such as sales, marketing, or renewable energy may be preferred.
1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in tele-sales is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to effectively articulate complex information to customers.
A strong sales background, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with customers.
A basic understanding of solar energy systems and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's products and services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as experience with CRM systems and other sales software.
The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Passion for Renewable Energy: A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability, and a commitment to promoting the benefits of solar energy.
