Job Description

Sales Account Manager

FULL-TIME · CHENNAI, INDIA

Job Description :

  • Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales and customer engagement reports. 
  • Account Managers also answer customer queries about software products and identify new business opportunities among existing customers and ensure subscription renewals. 
  • In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including customer service and product development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. 

Job Requirements :

  • You must have prior experience in this role. 
  • You must demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. 
  • Must have the ability to juggle multiple account management tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
