POSITION                    :           ACCOUNT MANAGER

REPORTRING TO        :           HEAD- ACCOUNT 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

·         Researches and analyses all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.

·         Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.

·         Stay updated with product knowledge.

·         Encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand the use of our product. 

SKILLS

• 2+ years’ experience in ERP support of advanced level financial accounting, inventory management software.
• Good knowledge of accounting.
• Work experience of minimum 2 years in freight forwarding sales/key accounts
• Strong communication skills

·         Good analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills
