Achieve budgeted sales and contribution.
Monitor and control GWC as per norms
Optimize capacity utilization by increasing sales volume but maintaining required contributions.
Conduct CFTs and FTs to resolve day to day challenges faced by business.
Prepare, review and ensure adherence to functional SOPs.
Evaluate new business opportunities by collaborating with existing and new customers.
Perform the role of people manager.
Keep abreast with current market trends to take higher responsibilities.
Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
Delegating daily tasks.
