Job Description
- Achieve budgeted sales and contribution.
- Monitor and control GWC as per norms
- Optimize capacity utilization by increasing sales volume but maintaining required contributions.
- Conduct CFTs and FTs to resolve day to day challenges faced by business.
- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to functional SOPs.
- Evaluate new business opportunities by collaborating with existing and new customers.
- Perform the role of people manager.
- Keep abreast with current market trends to take higher responsibilities.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Supervising staff and controlling merchandise.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
- Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
- Delegating daily tasks.
