Job description for Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administratorto our Head Office located at Adyar, Chennai.

• Job Location : Adyar, Chennai
• Gender : Male Candidates Only
• Experience : 6 months – 1 Year
• Immediate joiner are preferable

Responsibilities includes:

• Preparing and submitting Techno – Commercial offer to customers.
• Day to Day follow up on open leads.
• Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Compiling monthly sales reports.
• Expediting orders through internal liaison.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
