Job Description

Role/Designation: Sales Advisor

Fulltime-Permanent work

Monday to Friday working.


Job Description:-



Job Responsibilities:

● Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
● Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
● Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products or services and answer any questions customers may have.
● Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.
● Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving individual sales goals.
● Build and maintain customer relationships by proactively following up on purchases, providing after-sales support, and addressing any issues or concerns.
● Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to position our products effectively or services in the market.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.
● Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet overall company objectives.

Required Skills:

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
● Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
● Proficient in using sales systems and software to manage customer data and track sales performance.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and cooperative mindset.
● Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts.
● Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn about new products quickly, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:

● Graduate or equivalent with experience of 1 to 5yrs years in sales roles.
● Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales systems is a plus.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
