Role & responsibilities

Essential - Must be able to speak to a good level of English
Important - You must be computer literate with the ability to use basic software.

·         Calling customers that are nearly at the end of their contract 

·         Advising on the best packages and deals that would be most suitable 

·         Keeping our CRM system up to date 

·         Meeting daily sales targets 

·         Having in-depth conversations regarding the customers needs & requirements

·         To be the right fit for our team at Reach Out you will have a passion for outstanding customer service & be a great team player

Preferred candidate profile

FRESHERS CAN APPLY! CANDIDATE FROM PUNE LOCATION

Even though full training shall be given by our dedicated Sales Director, we would prefer you to have a minimum of 4 months experience within a call centre or customer service role.  

Excellent telephone manner & work ethic is something that we value the most.
