Job Description

Position: Sales Advisor/Representative

Job Description:
This position requires-
· International sales experience and a proven track record of profitable sales delivery.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and win new customers through tele sales.
· Arrange phone meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
· Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
· Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
· Responding to incoming phone enquiries and emails.
· Maintain excellent levels of product knowledge.
· Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
· Communicate effectively with all, in order that both internal and external relationships are managed to the highest standard of professionalism.
· Provide updates to Management in the form of regular reports of current business performance.
· Assist in customer issues and complaint resolution.
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:
· The ability and desire to sell.
· Excellent communication skills.
· A positive, confident and determined approach.
· Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
· A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· A good level of numeracy.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree.
Desired Work Experience          
· Minimum 1 year of international B2B sales experience.
