Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and proficiency in both English and Kannada. Additionally, familiarity with MS Excel is required. As a vital member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outreach to retailers and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to retailers to promote and sell company products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and resolving issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner, addressing customer queries and forwarding leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales activities.
- Prepare daily reports on sales activities, including calls made, sales achieved, and challenges encountered.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
