Design Thoughts Architects is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Executive Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in the architecture and design industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.

• Internship experience in sales or customer service or marketing is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a Sales and Marketing role.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills required:

• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey product offerings and negotiate terms with clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

• Proficient in MS-Office especially MS- Excel.

• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)

• Creativity and commercial awareness

• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

• Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities

• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
