The Job includes work of Sales and Marketing of a Fitness - Yoga Studio Online as well as Offline. A person should have technology knowledge, social media knowledge, good communication skill. A person should have skill of generating leads , maintaining CRM, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide information about our online dance fitness sessions.
* Engage with existing customers to answer inquiries, provide assistance, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
* Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their fitness goals and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their interest.
* Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into paying customers.
* Complete or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently driving customer engagement and closing sales.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of our sessions.
* Actively gather feedback from customers to understand their needs, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our services.
