Develop plans and strategies for improving business and in achieving the sales goals of the company.
· Create and encourage a culture of success and achievement of goals among the team.
· Manage the sales teams, operations and available resources to deliver profitable growth.
· Oversee the use of budgets of sales and marketing.
· Achieve sales targets set by the management.
· Participate in the hiring of sales and marketing staff and their training.
· Develop incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
· Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements when required.
