Job Description:
  • Strategy Planning, Implementation of Start to End Sales and Marketing Activities,
  • Great interpersonal skills,
  • Experience in handling sales  and marketing  telesales team & CRM team of 50-100 members
  • Proven Track record of Residential Projects
  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Creative concepts in newspaper advertisement activity and generating leads
  • Coordination for promotional materials like Brochures, Flyers and other materials 
  • Ensures all the promotional materials are available on time.
  • Closely work with design team for advertisement design and other print promotional materials.
  • Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget and results
  • Overall Strategic Planning and Implementation.  
  • Market the properties to potential clients as per the set sales targets through established media, websites, contacts, etc…
  • Update all properties records on monthly basis and provide feedback
  • Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the      best terms
  • Taking up monthly Targets and working closely on them for closures
  • Managing relationship of existing Channel Partners for driving sales
  • Defining channel requirements, establishing the sales and customer relationship network.
  • Should be self-motivated, target driven, good negotiator and problem solving individual who through his drive, perseverance and dedication be able to get to achieve his goals.
  • Very Presentable, Smart, should have knowledge on Market and sales
