Job Description

Answer Phone calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Actively Seek out New Sales opportunities (Academy Admission) through cold calling,

Setup Meeting With Potential Students who come for admission.

Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.

Fast Leaner and Passion for sale.

Self-Motivated With Result- Drive Approach.

Should have at least 1 – 2 years handsome experience in sales.

Should have basic knowledge of Bloggers and social media campaigns.

Proficiency In English, Hindi, and Kannada.
