Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our business.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. Your primary focus will be on cold calling, finding good prospects, delivering effective sales pitches, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Identify and target potential customers and generate leads

Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement
