Details regarding the profile:

  • Location: Bengaluru( Hybrid)
  • Type: Full-time Job
  • Qualification: 1 year of working experience in strategic partnerships or similar roles like B2B Sales, Sponsorship and Collaboration Roles

Core Requirements:

  • Min 1 year of experience in strategic partnerships & alliances with excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with Networking aptitude.
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing know-how.
  • Team player and multitasker with organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the goals of partnership for Pushstart & Troopod.
  • Planning and strategizing partnership plans & models.
  • Creating, and maintaining an organized database for all potential partners.
  • Evaluating the potential partners, coordinating & discussing with the team to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals, and finalizing the targeted partners.
  • Establishing a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Managing inbound & outbound partnerships, negotiating and finalizing the deals with partners and alliances.
  • Implementing & Tracking the end-to-end process of finalized partnerships.
  • Strategizing newer ways to grow current partnerships that benefit the company.
  • Forecasting, measuring, and reporting the results of various projects with partners.
