Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales on a consistent basis thru daily field sales.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Report Weekly and monthly about status of marketing.
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation’s brand and social media strategy
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
Managing all B2B selling operations and activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record in field sales or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent understanding of B2B & B2C marketing.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
