Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Your Role:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing effective campaigns and promotions for our Business Promotion Services, communicating the benefits and value of our services to potential customers (entrepreneurs), and onboarding them to their preferred package.

Probation Period:

1 month

Salary:

During Probation: INR 50,000 per month

After Probation: INR 70,000 per month, plus incentives

Target:

Convert at least 50 small-scale entrepreneurs to the Premium Package each month.

Job Location:

Across India. You can work from your location/district.

Qualification Required:

A degree in any discipline with a strong passion for marketing. Previous experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Training:

Comprehensive online training and guidance will be provided to help you conduct effective marketing campaigns.

As entrepreneurs are located across India, this position is open to candidates from anywhere in the country. Online reporting is sufficient.
