ROLES AND DUTIES:
OFFLINE:
Develop offline sales and marketing strategy witht he sales Director laying well on the vision of the company.
Communicate the same properly to the field regional and area sales-managers around all locations via all communication and assist them to work on the strategy.
Offline lead generation plans.
Researching about potential growth sectors area-wise as well as new product lines.
Manage external agencies and partners to promote the company's services and pushing them for reaching growth in the required areas.
Discuss with the directors every month about the performances of the strategies and area developments.
Arrange remarketing methods for the lost and/or unclosed leads from Field sales managers.
ONLINE :
Creating digital marketing strategies to reach the TG deeper.
Oversee company’s SEO/SEM in terms of researching about the important keywords to work for to be able improve brand awareness online and increase website clicks.
Manage and promote company’s social media platforms (LINKEDIN AND FACEBOOK) with the intention of customer engangment and brand awareness. With good focus on organic increase of traffic and selecting good content to match with the company;s theme.
Planning and execution of whatsapp marketing and email marketing for the purpose of lead conversions as well as remarketing and using proper analytics tools for sending proper content according to the sales funnels and customer behaviour and tastes.
Fortnight reports of google analytics to see the progress of digital marketing strategies.
Making proper budgets for company’s marketing plans and making sure to employ the best ROI methods.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree in Marketing.
Certificate course or minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing.
Ability to manage/outsource creative content (text, image and video) and giving good briefs.
Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.Excellent communication skills
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysisHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
