Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers and closing sales deals

Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or complaints promptly

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns

Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to develop effective sales strategies

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to network and promote the company's products or services

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the same industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Highly motivated and target-driven

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising

Experience with market research and competitor analysis
