Job Duties:
  • Lead generation through offline real estate network which includes local are whatsapp groups, cold calling etc.
  • End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
  • Coordinate with the office coordinator for scheduling property site visit.
  • Escort the potential tenant to the suitable property for site visit.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant (or owner broker & potential tenant) & eventual deal closing
  • Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
  • Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
  • Remain updated with the prices of real estate properties in his assigned micro-market
  • Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing
