Motivating, developing, directing, and sometime delegating responsibilities to team member to build in sense of volvement and responsibility to achieve team goals.
Delivers & maintains timelines & accuracy in reports sending.
Has ability and good experience in product launching.
Is strong in communication, interpersonal and functional skills.
