- Be able to perform a strategic plan in the development of new business
- Ensure that sales targets are achieved, including any strategic company focus categories
- Build effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools (become their trusted advisor)
- To report on a monthly/quarterly basis to the team on the development of market, by highlighting strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats
- Be able to be proactive in daily call outs activities
- Increase sales volume from key accounts as allocated but also increase the breadth of trading base
- Be able to capitalize on any sales opportunities and be aware of any weaknesses in the sales process with key accounts
Skills and Experience:
1-3 years' experience in a similar role, whether it be through another distributor, vendor, or reseller
Have completed BBA/MBA from recognized college.
A current driver's license and own vehicle is essential
Proven track record in achieving sales results and meeting KPIs
Ability to build new and effective business relationships and maintain, develop, and set revenue budgets & targets
Ability to understand customer needs and requirements and the ability understand the market requirements and needs
Understanding of current product knowledge and have the willingness to improve upon it
Flexible and proactive approach to business
