Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed company objectives.
Proactively handle client queries, providing exceptional customer service and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
Conduct client calls, sales presentations, and demonstrations through phone or virtual platforms like Zoom.
Actively participate in client meetings, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Search for new clients through effective prospecting, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Create and submit comprehensive quotes using Excel, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales and marketing strategies.
Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
