· Generate new revenues by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
· Market analysis and identification of new prospects, distributor/ direct sellers, dealers and direct Agents.
· Generate new sales through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and referrals along with opening new sales distributor accounts, updating and upgrading them in CRM tool with accuracy to meet sales revenue targets.
· Hand-hold distributor/direct sellers, dealers and direct Agents through first phase through initiatives like selling, expansion/ customization of product range and the right display & prospecting etc.
· Develop, build and maintain long-term relationships with current and new prospects/ distributor and direct Agents, by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending solutions and new opportunities to improve their revenue production through teamwork, use of products along with development, implementation and maintenance of sales activities and plans.
· Promoting & Pitch-in new product launch, Offers & Schemes to distributor / direct sellers, dealer and direct Agents, communicating & coordinating the same so as to derive Sales accordingly on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual achievement basis.
· Mentor, orient, teach and monitor improved processes and sales-related activities in order to enhance sales target accomplishments.
· To track distributor/ direct sellers, dealers and direct Agents sales processes, ensuring compliance & coverage along with assistance in a complaint resolution in coordination with customer care and management teams.
· Coordinating with back end Sales teams for payment processing and closure.
· Organizing sessions meet, achiever summits and distributor meets.
· Should sign a long–term business development bond with the company.
