Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities
• Generate leads and build relationships with potential and existing customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Track and analyze sales and marketing performance
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
