Job Description

1 Job Title- Sales & Marketing Executive 
2 Salary offered- 18000 to  20000 + Incentives P.M
3 Qualification- Graduates/Diploma
4 Languages- Speaking English
Job Description/Role
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and business opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to.

Establishing market penetration in Commercial Interiors in the states of India (as appropriate),generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.

Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing an intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to requirements/leads.

Liaisoning with the design and execution teams throughout the project until completion to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and senior management.

Requirement:

The candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in any sector or construction and interior business.

Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and design/architecture community in India or other Indian based clients is a real added benefit.
