Job Summary

• GoldLeaf Production House is a creative branding & advertising agency looking to hire business development associates who will handle sales, retention & client servicing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• - Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads, and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• - Making client proposals.
• - Meet sales targets.
• - Act as a bridge between the client and agency to ensure smooth flow of communication between client and agency.
• - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• - Planning and implementing a growth strategy to develop new markets and expand the business.

• - Graduate in any stream. BBA/MBA candidates will be preferred.
• - Minimum 1.5 Years of experience on paper in Sales/Business Development at a recognized organization. Experience/knowledge in the field of advertising/ marketing will be a big plus.
• - Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
• - Should have the ability to read situations and needs of the clients.
• - Should be able to acquire a customer with his past experience or our database, will be in direct touch with clients with all communications.
• - Should be able to communicate innovative ideas to the end consumer.
• - Proven sales track record.
• - Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
• - Market knowledge in Digital Marketing and Advertising.
• - Time management and planning skills.

• - Incentives on the achievement of sales target. (No upper cap)
• - Fuel Reimbursements.

• - Product Training, Initial Opportunity Data etc. will be provided.
