handle online customer interaction, brand reputation, respond to customers queries on call and email, handle online customer queries, etc.
DUTIESHandle incoming customer calls and emailsRespond to those calls and emails with the right informationProvide solutions to customers' problems/issues.Ensuring all the calls and emails are properly documented for future reference.Supporting operations teams and management with good customer serviceProvide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all timesHave sufficient knowledge about the products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.Improve the Customer's Experience with the Client Services by ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attendedpromptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.Ensure that all the Company Policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines strictly complyto while servicing the customers.Suggest effective ways through which the Client can promote its products and services and increase customersatisfaction.Ensure that customers confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
What you need to have:Having previous experience in customer support.Must have good communication skill.Must have a passion for service and a good understanding of a productShould be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking.Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPointInitiate listening of the brand on social media, digital, web.Proficient in English, should be able to come up with immediate creative responses.Should be ready to work in shifts i.e Rotational ShiftsExperience required: 2 years + ExperienceKEY SKILLS
