MSR - Marketing sales Representative
1. Any Graduate/Diploma
Preferred: 1-5 years of working experience in same industry (Candidates with background of filter and lubricant sale is preferred).
Strong Communication skills with market knowledge. Working knowledge in outlook MS, Word, PPT and Excel.
Ownership, Positive attitude, Prospecting, Personal Brand, Problem solving, Influencing / Persuasive Communication & Target Orientated
Functional : Manager Business Development – Lubricant & Filter
Role & Responsibilities:-
Generation of secondary sale within defined objectives in line with primary sale.
Activity Planner (for self) Submission and Implementation as planned in Lubricant and Filter product range, keeping in control Expense vs Business Gain in Co-ordination with Manager Business Development.
Travel Matrix [beat plan] planning for self on rolling basis for 3 months with specified agenda & objectives
Market Mapping of Distributors dealing in Auto-Component business in territory.
Market Mapping of Retailers / Mechanics in territory Classified in terms of potential.
Keep Up-date on Competition information as Policies/Schemes and Pricing on regular basis in Lubricant & Filter product range
Sales & Collection:
Driving Primary and Secondary Sales of entire Product Mix as per KRA / Monthly plan.
Major emphasis on both Primary and Secondary should be on establishing lube & Filter range.
Collections as per policy of Company.
Driving schemes, loyalty program and demand generation as per the budgeted numbers.
D) Sales Promotions:
Participation in various Product Campaigns, Organizing Retailer/Mechanic Meet and other promotional activities.
Timely completion of loyalty programs / campaigns, etc. and submission of data to Area Manager as per specified timelines.
E) Other Activities:
Inspection of Claims as per Company Warranty policy.
Product Training of BP team in Co-ordination with Manager Business Development.
Scouting of New BP as per state, product wise requirement to ensure KRA achievement.
DSR updation through App on everyday basis as per visit matrix
Reporting and track closure of CRM cases in coordination with Manager Business Development & CRM
Plan and ensure availability of POP and other related documents
Reporting ( DSR/ Travel Bill/ marketing bill) as per timeline.
