·        Identify sources and Acquire new Clients from the open market.

·        Meet Targets by value and numbers through Sales of Third Party Products like “Mutual Funds / Fixed Deposit / D-Mat & Trading A/c / Insurance (Life & General) / I.P.O / N.C.D / Real Estate & Loans.

·        Flair for sales.

·        Daily Activity Report.

·        An ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work.

·        Must have strong verbal and written English skills.

·        Strict adherence to LMS ( Lead Management System).

·        Manage client satisfaction and feedback process to team members & external customers.

·        Should have a Bike.

·        Good Communications Skills.

·        Must be a Graduate.
