Pinco is an innovative mobile app designed to help students excel in campus placements. We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to promote our platform, onboard users, and support our marketing initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, client communication, and performance-based growth.

• Educate students on Pinco’s features and onboard them onto the app.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote Pinco’s platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase app engagement and user retention.
• Support sales efforts by pitching Pinco’s benefits to prospective users.
• Maintain records of onboarding activities and provide feedback to improve marketing materials.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Passionate about sales and marketing with a results-driven approach.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team.
• Experience in sales/marketing or knowledge of CRM tools is a plus but not required.
