Durmeric jobs - sales and marketing intern

Tasks to be accomplished by Interns

1.    Represent Durmeric for spreading the word about it on social media, campus and residential society.

2.    Promote and get sales of Durmeric products in various groups and residential society through WhatsApp and Facebook

3.    Reach out to Buy and Sell groups through social media platform and promote our product in those groups

4.    Create similar groups and get people to join those groups

5.    Reach out to small retail pharmacy stores or ayurvedic stores who will be selling our product

6.    Work on calling and reaching out to customers, bringing organic audience and successful registrations

7.    On-board Female ambassadors as resellers either from WhatsApp connection, residential society or Facebook who will be selling our products in a similar manner. Those females if brings out any sales will get 20% margin and the intern will get 5% margin on the sale amount.

Skills Required

·        Effective interpersonal & communication skill

·        Experience of sales and marketing through resellers are preferred

·        Candidate must have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

·        Candidate must be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

·        Candidate must have the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
