Job Description

Need assistance at lil flea for 2 weekends March( 29-31) and April(5-7).This will include doing sales and stock management at the event and assistance in preparation of stall, ensuring the customer data creation and feedbacks.
Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners;
Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training;
Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders;
Observing and carrying out sales processes;
Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions;
Effectively contributes and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment;
Help drive attendance and generate interests in sponsored events;
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Works well under pressure and is adaptable to change;
May be required to perform other related job duties;
