Job Description

JD for Sales and Marketing Manager Profile :

• Managing customers/property seekers and achieving frozen sales target QoQ by various active / passive leads generated from print media or digital media.

 Understanding and working according to client requirements.

 Showing the projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers.

 Do daily basis follow-ups and keep track of all active leads and ensuring towards closure.

• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.

• Be a great Team player .

• Maintaining and updating customer databases.

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
