Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Reports To: Director.
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
• Conduct sales forecasting and track sales performance metrics.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

2. Marketing Management:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support sales objectives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

3. Budgeting and Reporting:

• Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget.
• Track expenses and ensure activities are within budget.
• Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Any Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in Oil mill plant and machinery.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong leadership skill.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel as required.
• Valid driver's license (if applicable).

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with occasional travel to meet clients and attend events.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
