Job Title: Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase our company's revenue and market share. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.


Job Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the agency's services to potential clients. This may involve creating content marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and organizing events and webinars.
b. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by researching potential clients, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
c. Generating leads through various channels, such as email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.
d. Monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. And, use the data to measure the success of campaigns against specific KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
e. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, such as emerging technologies and new marketing techniques.

Requirements:
-  Bachelor's/ Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
-  Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field like lead generation, account management, market research, or digital marketing.
-  Must have excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
-  Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance metrics.
-  Must have strong technical skills, including proficiency in marketing automation software, CRM software, and other marketing technology tools.
