Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a sales and marketing specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing activities of the brand. This will include creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales, generating leads, and increasing customer engagement. The specialist will help develop sales strategies, oversee sales management, and provide training and support to sales staff. The position is located in Madurai.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A good personality and field experience must.
• Proven sales experience 1-3 Years
• Experience with training and sales management
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in garments or related industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
