Position: Operations and Sales Manager
Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities and proactively work closely with cross-functional team to translate opportunities into actionable plans
Formulate & support the implementation of marketing strategy for each of the business partners.
Handle the inquiries for the franchise Contact potential customers to inform them about the brand Develop working relationships that turn into revenue, both for the client and the brand.Handle Digital marketing wing with new strategies.
Competitor Analysis & Procurement management.
Manage sales campaigns both online and offline.
Convert the potential leads to customers and business partners by actively engaging throughout the sales cycle.
Business account relationship management with existing clients. Inventory management and vendor engagement.
Requirements:
Having 0-3 years of relevant experience.Effective Communication Skills is a must.Ability to Use MS Office Such as power point, excel and word.Good with numbers and in managing dashboards.Must Possess good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and professional attitude.

CTC: Upto 6 LAKHS + Incentives
