Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer at Bumaas Engineering Solutions & Technologies Pvt Ltd in Pune. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for Sales, troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repairs on industrial fastening solutions. Communication with clients and team members is key in this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and product presentations to customers during the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose suitable products or services.
Assist in the design and implementation of customized solutions to meet client requirements.
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure product satisfaction and address any technical issues.
Train customers and internal sales staff on product functionalities and maintenance.
Coordinate with the R&D team to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product improvements.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and reports.
