The Sales and Trading Expert is a seasoned professional responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and other securities, on behalf of clients.
Responsibilities:
Identifying potential buyers and sellers, initiating contact with potential clients, and building relationships with new clients to increase business volume
Providing support to the sales team by contacting clients with follow-up questions or requests for additional information
Conducting market research to identify trends in industry sectors or geographic areas where the company does not currently have a presence
Developing and recommending new products or services based on customer needs and competitor offerings
Determining an appropriate sales price for a product or service based on market conditions
Preparing bids for new business opportunities, including proposals that detail pricing terms, payment schedules, and other relevant details
Analyzing data to predict future demand for products or services based on seasonal trends or economic indicators such as interest rates or unemployment levels
Negotiating contracts with clients to finalize deals
Calling on clients to discuss new products or services available, providing ongoing customer support, and closing sales
