Roles and Responsibilities
- Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
- Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
- Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
- Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
- Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
- Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
- Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
- Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Engineering.
- B.Com /BBA Graduates with relevant related experience will also be considered
- 1 to 2 years of experience of sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred.
- Fresh engineering graduates with flair for sales/marketing will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Travel within the allocated areas.
- Excellent time Management skills.
- Two wheeler with valid driving license is necessary.
