Required Regional / Area Sales Managers / Business development manager/Sales Executives/ Beauty Parlour sales executives to market Herbal, Beauty Personal care products/Health care products, Ayurvedic products through channel sales with Market Rapport and Team of Staff.

Product line: Herbal Beauty Personal care products / Ayurvedic Potions for tropical application, through Retail Stockiest Operations (Abridged Market Infrastructure).

Priority: Candidates with good exposure in handling Big businesses with moderate to high investment, who had excelled in handling Franchisee Business preferably in FMCG / OTC sector, Having Own Team of confides.

Other Preferred location: all major National international locations

Company may appoint one or more of such personnel as per the logistics and market diversity and demand.

Yield per Man should not be lower than 5 Lakhs in the territory prior to increase in Man-Power.

Salary

INR 1,75,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Individual and Team incentive with Achievers apart from Gross Salary Expenses

• He must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products.
• He must have the ready network of financially sound parties viz. CF and/or Super Stockiest, Distributors and required distribution channel for the

• He must come in the job with the ready team of marketing personnel of different order. A ready Team of Marketing Personnel of Different order will

• He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion in the market with time line.
• He must be capable of handling large territories, and network.
• He must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time.
• Minimum enhancement of 20-25% with this job offer.
• He should be experienced in promoting products in beauty parlors salon.
