Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Assistant to bolster our team. Your role will be pivotal in aiding our sales efforts, handling tasks such as client communication, quotation preparation, invoice generation, and on-location visits. We need someone with top-notch communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quotation Preparation:
• Interpret client requirements from written or emailed specifications.
• Prepare accurate quotations promptly, ensuring they align with company pricing policies .
• Invoice Generation:
• Generate invoices accurately based on finalized quotations and sales orders.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and terms to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Keep the track of sales order , Reporting to concern Head .
• Client Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Provide professional and timely responses via email, phone, and other channels.
• On-Location Visits:
• Conduct visits to client sites as required, understanding their specific needs.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
• Maintain Sales accurate records in the system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Self - disciplined , organized , trustworthy & problem - solving skills .
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel & BUSY Software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel for on-location visits.

Education :

• Bachelor's ( Preferred )

Experience :

• Fresher
• Minimum 1 year Experience
