Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Assistant role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, maintaining organization in sales processes, and ensuring effective communication with clients.

Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
Maintain customer relationships and resolve customer complaints
Prepare sales documentation, including quotes and contracts
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery
Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
