Job description

2020 Technologies is seeking a Sales Assistant who will help one of our Sales Manager organize the sales activities. Help him organize and prioritize the work assisting with the database cleaning, updating database with information. The Sales Assistant will also help with processing orders and communicating with customers regarding subscription renewals.

 Tasks and responsibilities

• Administering Salesforce, cleaning the database, inputting accurate data, populating information in Salesforce regarding sales, prospecting, lead generation, sales campaigns.
• Communicating with clients and sending out reminders about subscription renewals.
• Assisting the Sales Manager in Sales Campaigns and lead generation.
• Processing orders in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales domain, using Salesforce CRM.
• Providing assistance to Sales Director and Sales manager with calendar and meetings
• Administering the Salesforce, providing admin support.
• Other admin support, relating to expenses.
• Relevant experience of Salesforce with cleaning the database, input the accurate data.
• Processing orders in Salesforce, involved in promotional activities.
• Experience in Client Prospecting and management, campaigns, lead generation.
• Experience in renewals of subscription.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Facility to work with Online tools, and teams that are decentralized in different countries and time zones.

Nice to have:



• Creating documents and Sales enablement flyers for Sales.
• Ensuring LinkedIn sales navigation info is loaded and populated in the CRM.
