This position performs increasingly responsible work to attract and retain business activity for
the City by assessing market trends, and developing marketing materials to include meeting
with existing businesses and new business prospects, and negotiating, planning and
implementing projects. There are levels to this professional position distinguished by the level of work performed and experience of the individual.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Initiate market segmentation,Generate leads and convert prospects into clients,Design and implement market research studies,Oversee current offerings for performance and recommends action plans to drive growth and improvement.Conduct statistical and data analytics.Report line of business results to senior executives.Develop and oversee the production of marketing campaigns and materials and content.Collaborate with upper management and design, sales and product development staff.
