Job Description
Designation: Sales Associate Intern

Responsibilities include:
1. Working on drafting, vetting, execution of deeds, agreements, and contracts
2. Framing and implementation of the corporate governance policies

Other requirements
1. Strong academic knowledge of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and secretarial standards
2. Strong academic knowledge of FEMA and RBI related matters
3. Strong academic knowledge of arbitration/dispute resolution/corporate law matters
4. Working knowledge of MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
5. Prior work experience of at least 1 year preferably with start-ups/legal firms/companies
6. Knowledge of compliances under the Contract Act, 1972
7. Knowledge of compliances with respect to business registrations and licenses
